The Opportunity

Caregiver (CNA / HCA)

Full-time and part-time shifts available across our Vancouver, WA homes.

Full-Time & Part-Time Day, Evening & NOC Shifts Vancouver, WA

🌿 What You'll Do

Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers with patience and dignity
Support mobility, positioning, and fall-prevention throughout the day
Help prepare and serve home-cooked meals, and assist with feeding as needed
Monitor and document changes in resident condition, mood, or behavior
Support medication reminders alongside licensed staff
Engage residents in daily activities — conversation, games, music, and time outdoors
Keep resident spaces clean, safe, and comfortable
Communicate warmly and clearly with families and the care team

✅ What We're Looking For

Active WA State CNA or HCA certification (or actively pursuing)
Genuine warmth, patience, and reliability
Prior caregiving or AFH/senior care experience preferred, not required
Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to assist with lifting, transfers, and physical care tasks
Comfortable with light housekeeping and meal support
Passes required background check and TB/health screening
Flexibility for weekday, weekend, or overnight shifts a plus
